A good video for introducing M City at Jalan Ampang. The construction is on-going and the structure looks massive along side the busy Jalan Ampang. I am not a fan of high density property project, and obviously this project aims for foreign investors who like high rise condominium and being closer to KLCC.
Taiwanese investors called KLCC area an ‘Egg Yolk’ area, and the M City is at the edge of the ‘Egg Yolk’? (5km from KLCC via Jalan Ampang) … I am really curious and interested to see the occupancy rate of this giant structure in near future. Any comment?
