On 20th Dec 2017, CPI Land invited Deputy Minister of Federal Territories Dato’ Dr Loga Bala Mohan for the ground-breaking ceremony.

The project has a GDV of about RM280 million and schedule for completion at end-2020.

Tuan Residency sitting on a 2.28-acre freehold land, total of 577 units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with built up ranging from 878 sqft to 1015 sqft in 4 layout options, it design with a unique blend of colonial and Peranakan theme.

Prices are set between RM450 psf and RM480 psf, which Co-Founder of CPI Land Ir. Yeap Teck Hooi deemed as “priced lower than the average market rate”.  Also, “We at CPI Land have always taken pride in our projects as fine quality, sophisticated and cost-friendly.
